This beautiful and spacious vacation home will accommodate 12 people in 4 bedrooms.

This home offers high speed wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, an attached over sized 2 car garage, and access to the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center.

Our home is decorated with a "Mountain" theme in mind – you will enjoy our bear and moose décor throughout the home. When you enter the living and dining rooms on the second floor, you will find spectacular vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous river-rock hearth surrounding a wood burning fireplace. There is a large deck with a barbecue off the main living area where you get an unspoiled view over pine trees to the mountains and ski slopes in the distance!

The entertainment center includes a 50" flat screen HD TV with cable, Blu-ray/DVD and VCR Players. A large table and a bar countertop with additional seating serves the dining area, plus a highchair for the little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, single oven and dishwasher.

Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one being the "kids" room with 3 sets of bunk beds (6 beds total). There is also a 42" HD TV with DVD/VCR player along with plenty of toys! The second bedroom is very large as well with 2 beds, one queen size bed and a full sized bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom right outside their doors. Another balcony/deck off of the downstairs bedroom wraps around the house and connects to the living area. This deck is gated for small children.

On the upper level you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer as well as 2 master bedrooms. The first has a California King bed with private bathroom and separate jacuzzi tub and shower. A private balcony/deck off of this master bedroom overlooks the quiet pine forest backyard! The second master bedroom has 2 double beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

This retreat has a large mud room when you enter the home through the front door or the garage and a total of 3 balconies/decks with walkways adjoining them.

For a break from the great outdoors, we offer high speed Internet access, board games and a selection of current fiction.

We welcome families with children and provide children's games, lots of toys, puzzles, books and a highchair.

Parking is available for up to six cars (two in the garage and four in the large driveway).

This rental includes guest access cards for Tahoe Donner resident amenities which include: two recreation centers with heated swimming pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, health spa, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, snow play park, equestrian center, family rafting trips, archery lessons, newly renovated bocce ball courts, horseshoes courts, Golf Club with 18-hole golf course, driving range, public restaurants, general store, children's playgrounds, and a private beach and marina on Donner Lake offering swimming, boating and fishing. A nominal charge may apply for some activities.

Our family stayed at this lovely mountain home this summer. It is spacious and beautiful at the same time it's homey and warm. Good beds almost new with colorful sheets not sterile white. Linens match the decor, a very homey feel. Great location for golf. Coyote Moon was a challenging course, very hilly with narrow fairways, but among the most beautiful in the world that I have played. Tahoe Donner course was more relaxing and fun.
